Process
Redops follows a proprietary process specifically designed to reduce common risks associated with any custom software development project. Redops’s dedicated team members pull from the best practices of both agile and waterfall to ensure our clients’ projects remain as flexible as possible and costs stay within their dedicated budgets. At Redops, the mobile application development process flow is divided into tasks per sprint. A sprint is a short period of time, usually 2-4 weeks, during which a certain portion of the development work is completed. At the end of each sprint, after a full internal testing, we deliver the product to the client for a sprint review.

Designing an app, is not simply determining a color block that is visually pleasing you. First we need to consider who you are and who your customers will be. Is your app going to be used at night? So dark theme will work better, as to not blind your users. Will it be used mostly by busy employees? We will keep clutter to a minimum and get your main point across.
